Born from the misty ridges of Black Mountain, North Carolina, Dasher is a Nashville-based folk and Americana duo that proves there is no substitute for the raw, haunting power of sibling harmonies.

Comprised of siblings Max Dasher and Laela Dasher Skinner, the pair has captivated audiences with a sound that feels both timeless and refreshingly honest. Max first gained national attention on American Idol, where his gravelly, soulful tone earned him widespread acclaim, but it is the collaboration with his sister Laela that completes the band's sonic identity. Their music—rooted in the storytelling traditions of Appalachia—blends acoustic grit with polished Nashville songwriting.
